Hi Layla,

to consult your complete usage history included in your monthly plan (Data, Calls, Text):

1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2. Into 'Manage Plan' menu
3. Click on 'Usage reports'

Correct.

@Layla your Fizz account stores the last 6 completed months (so excluding the current billing cycle) in My Plans ► Manage Plan ► Usage reports. But it will only show meta-data like phone numbers and date+time.

It will not show the literal texts themselves. If you need this for legal purposes maybe a Fizz representative can help you.
