Bill with Service Agreement is not Official

Hi,

The receipt printed on 'View transactions' together with the service agreement are not accepted by credit card companies. Is there any way to print an official bill with the name and address of the subscriber on it and all other details?

    Hi Elias,

    only the Service Agreement is available on your Fizz account, with the name and address of the subscriber on it.
