Credit card pending?
How do I make a manual credit card payment? Surely it cant be only automatic, what day will it charge at end of my cycle? I paid the first time to start.the plan so I guess its saved so it will charge automatically and I cant pay manually? Thanks

If you associate a new credit card with your plans, you can also force the payment
My Plans - Manage Plan - Payment method - Make my monthly payment. Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2-4 hours.

Starting 2022/02/17, the preauthorized payment of any Fizz plan will now be taken 72 hours before the start of its payment cycle, instead of the 24 hours currently in effect.
Until then it is 24h.
But in your case it,s manuel, so it may take a few hours to process and be accepted.

You should be able to make it automatic, like the vast majority of us. Otherwize chat with Fizz to have this fixed.

Hi,
adding a credit card or updating your payment method is easily done via your account. If your credit card is about to expire, you’ll receive a notification from us in your account, as well as a text or email based on your communication preferences.
Any change to your payment methods must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed on https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy to be considered in time for the next payment.
Once a payment method has been added or modified in your account, don’t forget to associate it with each plan you wish to pay with this card. The association is not done automatically.
To add a payment method.
- To remove the credit card currently associated with your account, you must first add a new credit card.
- Log into your account.
- Under My settings > Payment methods, click on Add a new payment method.
