My account is suspended because my payment was overdue.

I lost my credit card and so was unable to pay in time. My account was suspended immediately. I got a new credit card, and I'm trying to pay but when I log in, it says that the site is temporarily unavailable. I contacted a customer rep yesterday and they said to make the payment. I tried several times, but I cant because the site has been unavailable for two days. I need to keep my original number.

    Try clearing your browser cache, logoff and retry in private mode. The site is working for me.

    You can also try using a different browser or computer.

    If the problem continues, you can try contacting customer service again.

  • Hello, as was suggested you should clear your browser cookies and similar cached data, try again. If this doesn't work try a different browser and in a private window. If unsuccessful, another method to contact a Fizz agent is via Contact Form in My Settings after logging in to your account. This begins an exchange by email, not the online Chat feature.
