My account is suspended because my payment was overdue.
I lost my credit card and so was unable to pay in time. My account was suspended immediately. I got a new credit card, and I'm trying to pay but when I log in, it says that the site is temporarily unavailable. I contacted a customer rep yesterday and they said to make the payment. I tried several times, but I cant because the site has been unavailable for two days. I need to keep my original number.

Okay definitely try to switch to a different browser and use private mode. Also make sure that all ad-blockers a deactivated.
It might also be a good try to switch from desktop to mobile (or vice-versa).
If nothing works, please contact customer service again via live chat.

Try clearing your browser cache, logoff and retry in private mode. The site is working for me.
You can also try using a different browser or computer.

Hello, as was suggested you should clear your browser cookies and similar cached data, try again. If this doesn't work try a different browser and in a private window. If unsuccessful, another method to contact a Fizz agent is via Contact Form in My Settings after logging in to your account. This begins an exchange by email, not the online Chat feature.
