Can I stop my mobile and home internet service for a month while on vacation?

Hi Aniuska,
for now, it is unfortunately impossible to put a Fizz plan (Internet and/mobile) on pause.
The best solution if you don’t want to lose your My Rewards status along with all your upgrades and perks is to adjust your plan to its strict minimum (by only keeping the Quebec coverage in a mobile plan for instance) for the time being.
If adjusting your plan to its strict minimum is not an option for you, you'll have to cancel your plan, and resubscribe later.

Hello @Aniuska
You cannot really stop so follow Dapfizzer's tips.
About rates
But be aware that Fizz changes its rates now and then. So check first if you have a grand-fathered rate for your plans so you don't end up paying more when you change your plan back to what it was before.
Regarding My rewards
Another potential tip would be to change your Upgrade cards in your account. Depending on your level, if you have many and chose data upgrades instead of dollar rebates, switch them for your absence in the hope it corresponds to your billing cycle.
Also, if you cancel your plans you will loose what you acquired so far in terms of points, level etc. I would not recommend that for one month unless you're level 1.
On the other hand, continuing to pay your bills is an easy way to get points 🤷♂️
