    I already have fizz card. I want to call my family in china today. But my plan can't call. I was wondering if i change my plan now, i can call my family right now?

    you can modify the plan however, the modification will be valid only after your next payment cycle

    If you want now, you need to buy a 60 minutes add-on

    Hello, to call your family almost immediately you add money to your Fizz 'Wallet' and purchase a calling add-on. Login, go to My Plans and click on Add-Ons.

    If you change your plan, it will take effect only in the next month.

    Add-ons are immediate, you can get international call add-ons and it will unlock your calls

    Purchase an add-on. Go to the "Manage" section of your account, then click "Add-ons", then click on "International calls" and type "China".

    It will cost you 6$ for 60 minutes.
