I returned my modem as required

Hi, I recently canceled my Fizz plan due to moving and have returned my modem as requested. According to my tracking number it was successfully delivered on November 30 in Canadian post Av Ontario, Farmaprix. However, I was sent an email yesterday by Fizz telling me my modem still hasn't been returned. I also can't contact Fizz directly as the chat bubble doesn't appear on the website for me. Any advice on the issue or how I can contact Fizz

    To solve some problem whit Fizz website it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.

    You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Fire. You can also try a private browser.



    To Chat with Fizz support:

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    The most common error people do when they are not able to reach Fizz is not being connect to their account. It's top right of your screen.

    Hello, I suggest you use the Contact Form in My Settings to send a complaint and you can attach a screenshot of the problem page or proof of someone having received it on behalf of Fizz. Others have had a similar problem, it is likely just an internal paperwork delay. There seems to be many complaints about the Chat feature not working properly. And with the Chat feature you have to wait until someone with Fizz responds. The Contact Form sends their responses to the email address registered with your account, keeping a record for you in a dispute.

    You must contact the support having your proof of shipment/tracking number
