My modem is on but it doesn’t connect to the internet
So, I’ve tried to reboot my modem and then reset it to factory settings, but that didn’t solve the issue. It can’t connect to the internet. Wifi signal is okay, my devices can connect to the router. The problem is that the online status light is off even after all that. I’d appreciate some help. Thanks
