Not access to internet when i make a call

When you receive or make a call, it is normal that your network goes to the 3G network for that call. If it goes back to LTE right after, this is totally normal behaviour. Fizz don't have any plans right now for VoLTE, which is required for the phone to remain in LTE during a call.

Hello thanks to reply me.
But, why during my call i have no internet, no date, nothing?
It starts yesterday night and was not the case before.
What happens?

Now for no internet, that is strange. Maybe something in the phone latest OS which is not switching back to 3G for data connection and still expects in on LTE ? I am assuming the APN settings are set correctly ? How you tried rebooting your phone lately ? Sometimes it is just something strange that latches, and just needs a clean reboot.

- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
