How can I change my phone current phone plan ? (not for the next month)
Hello,
I have arrived in the USA, and I just realized that my phone plan wasn't updated. Last month I changed for the coverage Canada+USA but it didn't work. I would like to know how this problem could be solved without having to pay add-ons.
I changed the plan last month but for some reason it didn't upgraded.

I suggest you to directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

I think they should be willing to help you, especially if it was a glitch, but regardless I've found them very helpful.
I've personally found that the best place is Messenger to contact them, but ymmv.

Hello, I suggest you use the Contact Form under My Settings instead of the Chat features as they respond via email which allows you to keep a record of the exchange or if they cannot resolve the issue very quickly. Best of luck.
