I'm cancelling my internet plan and getting a mobile plan instead. I was wondering if my rewards will transfer?

    Your points will stay the same. However, your internet perks will not work anymore. The mobile perks you got by levelling up will work, though.

    Hi,

    if by rewards you mean your bonuses, the answer is no because your bonuses for an internet plan are not the same as those for a mobility plan. Even if you keep the same account, the plans associated with it are separate from each other.

    You need to get your mobile plan BEFORE remove your internet
