Sim card can't unblock, puk not working

I broke my phone last night and tried to put the sim card into another unlocked phone. It's asking me do enter a pin for the sim card. I entered 1234 twice then tried 0000 and it didn't work. I never change the pin from the original 1234 of fizz. So now it's written to enter the puk code which i found on my fizz account but it still says it's unsuccesful...I searched the whole day online and couldn't find any answer... Anyone knows how to resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    in principle, when you are asked for a PUK code, your device is locked at the previous mobility provider. So you’ll have to contact this previous supplier.

  • Hello, if your previous phone is still partially functional, re-insert the SIM and try resetting the PIN/PUK code. If unsuccessful contact Fizz Customer Service, this is an unusual issue that will likely require their account access to resolve the issue.
