Unable to receive OTP from PayPal/Key Bank.

PayPal OTP to access Key Bank but never received code after multiple tries. Pretty big deal not being able to access funds - pls advise.

    I personally don't have a problem with this message

    You can also use an TOTP

    But you should probably contact the support
