Bridge mode not working

I had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent reason, and my fizz account got canceled.

Now that it's back up, I had to reset my router and the bridge mode is not working anymore ( even after following fizz step )

From memory, the guy installing my internet told me to use the PPOE address with my own router, does it reset if my internet got cut ?

    Salut Amad

Usually PPPOE is used for DSL technology

You need to configure the modem in bridge modem and connect your router WAN port in one of the 4 ports in the modem. The router must be configured as DHCP Client or similar for the WAN port (check the router manual)

Did you try to connect your PC directly to your modem?

Can you try to turn off the modem and router

Turn on the modem (be sure that it is in bridge mode)

after couple of minutes turnoff the router

I can't reach the modem with my computer, I would have to drill more hole in my floor :(
