Hi I have enhanced vm but I don’t receive a link with the message or a transcription of the vm…
Aren’t I supposed to be receiving one or the other at least?

Enhanced VM ? I assume you mean Visual Voicemail ?
Here is a detailed explanation on how to configure it and use it. For Apple users, it is all integrated directly in iOS. For Android users, there is an App you need to install.

When you get a message you will see it in the app, and you can click on it to listen to it (no longer need to dial in). You can also set it up to send you a text when you get a new message (probably overkill since you will see it in the app - but your choice). There is no transcription of the vm (at least not yet that I know of).

Unfortunately not offered by Fizz.
Voicemail to text, in which the message received is transcribed and sent to the recipient as an email/SMS, is a more developed feature. Since this type of technology is still in need of perfection due to accuracy concerns, it is not yet offered widely. So Fizz does not have it...yet.
What Fizz now offers is a Voicemail APP showing you a list of messages thus Visual Voicemail as explained by Emporium.
