I can’t get to my dad’s fizz account, and now we are in another country so I can’t “forget password” to access his account. We basically just want to add a bunch of call minutes so that he can receive calls from canada.

Your only choice is to talk whit Fizz support

To Chat with Fizz support:

·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

·        Choose the option 💬 chat

If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

I can second what Fling has said. However, why can't you access the account via the "forgot password" button? It sends a reset link to your email. So as long as you have access to wifi/internet it should work

Its for my fathers account, he does know his email password, on bis computer back home its automatic but we are not in canada right now.
