Could i use two service internet at my appartment?

One from fizz and one from the other provider like Virgin?

    yes, for you example. It is in fact a good way to proceed if you want to try Fizz and compare them.

    Virgin seems Fibre only but if it was a cable provider, you'd need a splitter so each modem can work on its own.

    But you cannot have 2 Fizz services (say spanning 2 contracts over the same few days because a tenant comes in and another leaves the appartment).
