Fizz router LAN Setting
Hello,
I have a Sansung Smarthing WIFI mesh system, connected to the router on a LAN port.
Since I switched to Fizz, and plug the Fizz router, it looks like my Wifi AP get an IP address, I can ping them in the LAN, but they have no access to Internet.
I cannot find any setting on the router admin page about the LAN.
Any idea?
Thank you.

Just plug it in using an ethernet cable, disable the Wifi on the Fizz modem and use this one instead. Set the same name as the Fizz modem so you won't have to reconfigure every single devices on your network. Don't put the modem in bridge mode because this clearly doesn't act a router. If you still having issues, I suggest you contact Samsung about this. Fizz will probably won't have any idea because the modem itself works and provider have limited support on third party equipments (Same with all the providers)

Hi @Alex1383
You will probably need to put the modem in bridge mode.

My Mesh system is not acting as a router, it just get IP address dynamically from the router

When you set it up, you have the option to create a new Wi-Fi network, this should be the best solution because I saw other users having issue to extend their existing wifi network with the Fizz modem.

I lower the firewall level from typicall to minimum, and it works now.
