This is my new phone. How do i get network service

    Please explain. What does WhatsApp have to do with your phone ?

    You either have a data plan, or connect to WiFi. And you need a phone number for WhatsApp to send the verification text to activate the App on your phone.

    Once you have Data plan, or Wifi, and activate app on your phone, you can use it.

    For Data Plan, you need a SIM card, with a valid plan that has Data. Then you need to make sure your APN settings are correct. Or you can just connect your phone to a WiFi. Keep in mind that some public WifI hotspots, Block many messaging apps, including Whatsapp.

    Please give more precisions, as What'sApp has nothing to do with your network service. Do you have a SIM card? Do you have an active plan? What do you want? Are you already subscribed to Fizz?
