I would seriously doubt it, since Fizz typically only ships to the address on file, and in order to charge something to your Credit card, the address needs to match the address registered on your credit card.

However that does not stop you from asking a friend to buy one for you from a local Couche Tard stores, and have them ship it to you.

Activation however is NOT a problem. Activation can be done from anywhere.

Having said all that, do you realize that you can not use the FIZZ plan for more than 50% out of your coverage zone for more than 3 consecutive months. After 3 months, they reserve the right to cancel your plan.

The expanded coverage zone is for our mobile members who travel in specific regions not covered by the Fizz network (Subscription area). It is intended for occasional coverage, and applies to Quebec, Canada and USA.

The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network (Subscription area).

We reserve the right to interrupt or block access to our network of partner providers Fizz EXT if you use your mobile service primarily on their networks for 3 consecutive payment cycles.

If you will be there for a while, You would probably be better off just getting a local SIM card for the time being and then when you return home, you can get a new Fizz plan. There are many decent different prepaid plans available in the US. Check out your local walmart even they surely have some att or other ones.
