What is my account on ? I have to phone no, I want to change one phone no to other company service , but I can’t, because the account no is wrong, how can I get the right account no?

    You can find it online in your Fizz account.


    Login to fizz.ca

    Click on your name in the top right corner

    Go to your plan

    Click Manage

    Here you will see information like your plans, address and account number

    You could find it on your invoice, it's the client number

    To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history

    customer number !

    It will be on your invoice. You can find them in your online account.

    also the contract that Fizz has sent you when you signed up also contains your customer number :)
