Am I eligible for new member referal
Hello Every one,
I am the account holder of a fizz home internet plan. My partner use fizz mobile plan. If I switch my mobile phone service provider to fizz, am I supposed to be considered as New Member and use the referal bonus? Since I am new to fizz mobile plan, but not new to fizz(I have home internet plan under my name).

Hi,
any one person can only be referred once, when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, if a person subscribes to the Fizz mobile service without using a referral code, she won’t be able to use one when she adds another mobile plan or subscribes to the Home internet service (the reference code field will have disappeared).

as mentioned, you could create a separate account with an different email. That way you would be eligible for the referral bonus again :)
