Hello, I just joined Fizz this morning with a 6GB mobile plan, but after checking the website this afternoon the same plan has 9GB. Is it possible to get 3GB credited for this month since I only started hours ago?
Please contact customer service for such matter. Only customer service can help you with billing/account issues...
this will not be possible, no, however you can opt for this plan since Fizz gives you the opportunity. You can change, once per payment cycle, the plan according to your needs. So in your next cycle you will have this plan increased by 3GB.

Just finished chatting with support and Dapfizzer was right - they said there's nothing they can do and the system is automatic. I've already changed it for the following month though.
