How to make appointment for new service?
I am moving and taking my modem and service to a new location. I have made an appointment and my move is confirmed. My soon-to-be ex-roommates want to get fizz for the day after my service ends but they cannot book as it says I have not canceled my service yet, but I have.
How do we get past this error?

I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

@Dapfizzer thanks a lot for the response.
I spoke to them and apparently, you cannot book a new service at an address until the old one has officially moved (the move date has come and gone).
