is there a difference between a referral code of mobile versus internet?

Hello there,

If I want to have an internet plan when I use a referral code, is it mandatory for the other person to have an internet plan?

In other words, can I use the referral code of a friend who only has a mobile plan so I can activate a home internet plan? Thank you!

    The referral is the same for both services. and yes you can use the referral of your friend.

    No there is no difference. They can use your referal code regardless of what service they decide to take.

    I only have Internet with Fizz, and people have used my code for taking just Cell plans, and it is not an issue.
