help: “order is not valid”

i just got my sim card, and tried to transfer my old number but it didnt work because it was already cancel on my other mobile account. so, I was choosing a new number, but refresh the page and now, I can’t choose a new number. I go to my notifications where it tells me that we’re unable to transfer my number, so I select “Please choose a new number” just under, but it shows “Order is not valid”. i just wanna cry help me out

    I suggest to refresh or reload the page. If that doesn't work, you can try logging off your Fizz account, clear your browser cache and try again with browser in private mode.

    Also, do not worry if the chat get disconnected. It seems that the people at the other end are very busy and they tend to put an end to the conversation rather fast.

    But no worries, they never do before you could explain your problem and they execute the solution promptly. If for any reason you did not finish your explanation, they will contact you via email in a very short time.

    These people are good!
