Fizz Modem system time is 5 hours off
This has been an issue for years. I’ve done everything suggested, factory reset even a technician came to replace the modem and the issue is still not resolved. Due to this, the bedtime schedule doesn’t work. Why a big company like Vidéotron/Fizz can’t fix what’s look like a simple issue in their server internal time?

Odds are, it is in UTC/GMT time, and does not take TimeZone into consideration.

It is NOT pure generic firmware on these modems. They are often customized to the specific providers (some tabs - like remote access - are even disabled on the Fizz version). "IF" Fizz/Videotron wanted, they could have easily asked for a firmware bug fix from Hitron, and remote deply it, like they do when you first power up and connect the modem. So they are either not aware of this issue, or just don't care to request a fix for it.
