Cannot find chat bubble. Activation code not valid.

click on the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble on the right bottom, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

Thank you for your assistance, it has lead me to the solution. I went back on the Activation screen and seen the "?" at the bottom right side of the screen and the CHAT from there has worked. A ticket is now open and it should be resolved shortly. Thank you.😀 🌟

I taught it was solved but I found the "?" at the bottom right side. I press on it and found the CHAT bubble. I press on the CHAT bubble but nothing happens. I have no access to any of the message link that FIZZ uses. I cannot find a phone number or even an email to just leave a message to be called back. I am really at lost and having a very bad experience as a new customer. 🤢
