Does my wifi modem need to be SHIPPED by the due date, or ARRIVED by the due date?

I'm returning my wifi modem because I canceled my plan with Fizz, but I gave it to Canada post yesterday. The due date is by November 11th, and I don't think it will arrive by the 11th to wherever it's going. Will I be charged fees? Do I need to contact Fizz directly?

Hi,
you will actually be charged if the modem is not returned within the required time, however you will be refunded upon receipt of it by Fizz. I strongly reccomend you to keep the receipt as well as the tracking number provided by Post Canada if there is a problem with the mail.
