Payment declined

Hi, i upadted my payment card last week.

it was declined. It is visa debit :(

what can i do? 🤦🏻‍♀️

I clicked make my monthly payment, after received failed email. :(

    Hi Vaness. Is the address tied to the VISA debit card identical to the address on your Fizz account ? If not, that could be a reason for it being declined. For security reasons, the address needs to match (street address, street name, and postal code).

    If you continue to experience issues with the payment system, and If you want to contact a Fizz customer service agent:

    ·       Sign into your account

    ·       Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

    ·       Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·       Choose the option 💬 chat

    ·       If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

    I have a similar Problem I am trying to buy a Phone on the Fizz site and I have 3 cards on file in good standing and a massage pops up on a orange Banner that my card cant be verified, I tried about 10-15 times from different devices and all is the same.

    I reached out to Fizz but so far nothing they told me helped for the problem
