Long distance calling
I have a plan with Canada wide coverage and I'm not able to make long distance calls. How do I resolve this? Is unlimited long distance not included in this type of coverage? thanks!

A few members also reported having problems with long distance attempts since this weekend. And yes, to answer your first question, you should be able to make those phone calls with that coverage area. So that's why I suggest you to contact the customer service to solve this isue.
You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

yes. I was able to make calls last week, but have been unable to since the weekend.
