Just bought a phone. How long before I can cancel the 'plan'?
Just paid the full price for a pre-loved phone for my mom. She uses her phone only with wifi, so she doesn't want any plans with any providers. When buying, I chose a 0GB/0min/0texts 'plan' for $12 and no sim. How long before I can cancel the plan to avoid the $12 plan charge?

the important thing is that the number of active mobile plans in your account is the same as the number of phones you bought with a rebate. So, if you only bought one phone with a rebate, you need at least one active mobile plan in your account.

If you bought full price this pre loved phone without a discount, then you are free to dispose of it as you like, as well as for your mother’s plan. : )
