All phones sold by Canadian providers have to be unlocked.

As pointed out, it is the law that all phones need to be unlocked. So the Fizz phones will all be unlocked.

As mentioned above, they are unlocked. Please remember if you are receiving any sort of discount or promotion you will need to remain a FIZZ mobile customer with a monthly plan for a fixed period of time. (typically 12 or 24 months)
