I just activate my sim card but I dont see the 5 gb what should I do

it should be in your perks into your Fizz acount and if they’re not there, I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

It can take a while for it to appear in your account, but you can always send Fizz a message via Facebook Messenger since there is no urgency.
