Change monthly plan
Hello,
how can I change my monthly plan without waiting for the next billing cycle? I have 17 days left in my current cycle.

Like others have mentioned, you can't.
Fizz is a prepaid service, hence you are presently on the plan you paid for 13 days ago. Any changes you make, you will be charged for at the end of you payment cycle, and will be effective for next cycle.
If you need something specific, you can possibly make up for it, using an addon (which are effective immediately) and remain active till you use them up, or till the end of your next billing cycle, whichever comes first.

You can't. Change of plan is always made at the beginning of the next cycle,
You can add add-ons. Those ones are immediately in effect.
