your account should update within a few days at most, if the system does not, then you will need to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

I do not think there is any impact on not having the correct phone on your account though, I brought my phone to Fizz and then my type of phone is not displayed in my account.

In fact you're perfectly right, but if the member wants the right device currently used to be displayed in the account, this is how the change can be made... : )
