Paid account today, still can't make phone calls
Hello,
My credit card was canceled because of a fraud 3 days ago. My phone service stopped. I added a new credit card this morning and the payment was received (I got a confirmation email from Fizz). Still, my phone doesn't work, can't make phone calls or access the internet

Hi Alex,
once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz, please allow a delay of up to two hours, your plan will be reactivated.

Hello, thank you for the answers. It's been 3 hours. Can someone from Fizz look into my account or something? It's a little absurd that my phone gets blocked for a 2-3 days of a problem with my credit card...
Is this the only way I can contact a Fizz employee?

This is the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

I would suggest you contact customer support. Normally it can take up to three hours for the service to be restored. This is clearly longer.
Also don't forget to associate your new payment method manually with your plan, otherwise the next payment will not be automatically deducted.

Try removing the SIM card and put it back and restart your phone

Just did it, no change. It's been more than 6 hours since I made the payment.
Stopping my mobile phone access on a Monday like that because my credit card was fraude Friday at 4PM. Less than 3 days and my line gets disconnected, it's pretty short notice I have to say.
