I added calls to Mexico to my plan

How should I dial to Mexico??? because it's not working

    Hi Are you calling with this format of phone number ?

    • EXAMPLE: 011 52 xx xxxx xxxx


    • Step 1: Exit code – 011
    • Your international phone number should start with North America exit code 011.
    • Step 2: Country code
    • Followed by Mexico Country code 52
    • Step 3: Area code and number
    • Finally followed by area code and phone number: 52 xx xxxx xxxx
    • EXAMPLE: 011 52 xx xxxx xxxx
    • A correctly dialed Mexico city phone number will ensure your call will end up to the correct destination.
