you can change your plan at anytime by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.
Same question. I have the 30 mbps plan and would like to update to the 60 mbps plan. The chnage will take effect next month but will I lose my internet for this month ?
No, absolutely not! You'll have your current plan until the new one is effective, on your next payment cycle.
