My cellphone doesn't get any signal

Hello,

I just bought a Fizz SIM Card and did the whole activation process, however, my phone doesn't get any signal. I got an email saying that my activation is completed, but didn't receive any SMS

I already restarted my phone, removed and inserted the SIM card, I also did the manual installation of the APN networking settings, but nothing seems to solve the problem.

Does anyone knows what can I do to get signal? My phone is a Redmi Note 8

Did you transfer your phone number from another provider ? Did you wait to receive the SMS with your old SIM card before replacing with the new SIM card ?

IMPORTANT: If you transferred your number, wait until you receive the confirmation text before proceeding to make sure results are conclusive.
