I really want to get Fizz as my internet plan, but it doesn’t cover my region yet..

    As already mentioned, Vidéotron needs to have a network there.

    In either case, I would reach out to customer support directly (My Setting -> Contact Forms -> Green chat bubble) and ask them :)

    Unless Videotron offers service in that area, Fizz will not offer it.

    Who provides cable service in Shawinigan ? Usually each of the big boys has their own territory, and rarely overlap. Isn't Cogeco in many (if not all) part of Shawinigan ? If so, then odds of Fizz offering service in those areas, is zero.
