I ordered a SIM card and when I tracked it is says it’s been delivered 2 days ago but I didn’t get anything and yes the address is correct, what should I do?
-Contact the delivery service, find and use the tracking number.
-Send them a message on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/
They are open daily 8-21h
-Contact the fizz lords directly aswell

The delivery date indicated on your order summary is meant as a guideline; shipping is done by a third party, and Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.
Go to shipping number to track your delivery on the courrier service website
Express shipping (under 3 hours):
Standard shipping (2 to 3 business days):
Reach out to Fizz support (My Settings – Contact Forms — Green Chat Bubble). They will issue a refund and you can either re-order the SIM card or buy a new one in a Couche-Tard (QC only). Hope this helps :)
