Finally, my new phone has arrived after more than 1 month and 2 private chats. The lesson is to post the problem in this community, the issue will be resolved quickly.

However, I've found that my new Samsung phone is pre-installed MyChatr. Why? I've never used Chatr.

    Samsung is the one deciding of the apps installed in your phone, not FIZZ, or or is this a second chance phone ? Can you unistall it ?
