How can I take a inter break. What do I have to do, and can I do it from a certain date to to a specific date?

Going on vacation, moving or simply taking a break? For now, it is unfortunately impossible to put a Fizz plan (Internet and/mobile) on pause.

The best solution if you don’t want to lose your My Rewards status along with all your upgrades and perks is to adjust your plan to its strict minimum (by only keeping the Quebec coverage in a mobile plan for instance) for the time being.

If adjusting your plan to its strict minimum is not an option for you, you'll have to cancel your plan, and resubscribe later.

Hi Christian,

Fizz is a prepaid service and does not offer the option to pause your internet service.
