what happens to available data if i cancel data plan after 3 months and reactivate data plan later ?

When you cancel your Fizz plan, you lose:

• All the Perks, Upgrades and Points associated with your account
• Any unused data that you could have rolled over

Hi Hoang,

you keep your rolled over data for two complete payment cycles even if you change your plan during that time, and even if that new plan has no data.

But when i cancel my plan, there's no more payment, so no more rollover ? available data will be erased ?

I cancel only my MOBILE plan, i still have internet with Fizz. What would i lose ?

Each of these plans are not linked to each other, they are separate. So you will only lose what's in the mobile plan.
