is there a list of what you need to do to earn points?

    Being active in the forums and paying your bills..

    Here is an old list (some no longer valid), but it gives you a good idea..

    If you ask a question, it is good etiquette to select and tag an answer as "best answer" if it answers your question (it gives person who answered 50 points). It also gives community members incentive to give meaningful answers, rather than just generic ones like "good luck with that", etc.. 😀

    Keep in mind selecting one of your OWN answers/comments as best answers does NOT give you the 50 points :) You can't get the 50 points for selecting your own answer as best.
