I made a mistake and bought 2 sim cards

The computer discharged when I pressed the order buttonfor the first sim card, and when I turned it on, the sim card information did not appear so I did the purchase process again, believing that it had not been carried out. Can I get a refund?

    Hi MIMIBI

    Once it's ordered, Fizz does not refund nor accept SIM card returns. Do know that SIM cards have no expiry date and can be used by anyone.
