    Hi Rimi

Here is what Fizz states as warranty for preloved phones - https://fizz.ca/en/phones/preloved-phones

    Why choose a Preloved phone?

To enjoy the Fizz 6-month warranty.

To try it out stress free thanks to the 15-day return policy.

I personnaly avoid ''preloved'' phones. I'd rather get a brand new one

you have no history: what happened to that phone, how many previous users, what king of misuses or torture the phone had to go thru, was the phone dropped, concealed malicious changed, etc..

Iphone 12 is now $861 brand new (the mini is $4 off.)

good android much cheaper & brand new. (except if you only consider 🍎as valuable brand)

electronic devices tend to age tremendously fast. battery & OS version are the bottleneck.

    think twice.

True that you will never be sure of the preloved phone battery status. No guarantee on that
