Why my internet stopped working.
Suddenly my modem blue light stopped and all lights went off. Now i cant go on internet anymore. Payment is due yesterday since yesterday i have the money im waiting for fizz to take it but they are bugging!!!! My internet got shut down but the money is in my bank account waiting for fizz to take it .

You can check the status of your plan on your Fizz account. Under Manage Plan, Payment Method, if you see "Make a Payment" button, click on it. Once payment is made, service will be restored within 2 to 3 hours.
If the problem continues, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.
