I have tried 3 credit cards to buy and activate a sim card but non of them work. Bank also guaranteed that my cards are ok without a problem. What should I do now?
Make sure your billing address matches what your credit card company has. If you can, copy and paste it exactly.

You can also buy sim cards at many local Couche-Tard stores
If they got declined, the bank/CC company should be able to tell you WHY they got declined to get an authorization. Are these PRE-paid CC, or regular bank issued CC ? If they are pre-paid, you neeed to register the cards, AND ensure they have an address associated with them. If address associated with CC, does NOT match the Billing address on your Fizz account (100% exactly the same), it will get declined.
@fatemeh Emporium states correctly that you can purchase the SIM card from participating shops (as well as online from Fizz).
Do know that sooner or later, you will need to register your credit card when activating your plan.
Fizz does accept some prepaid cards like KoHo, so this can be a payment option as well.
just to be sure , are they Canadian issued credit cards ?
foreign credit cards dont work here.
as stated above, address must match : i bought a laptop online but forgot to update credit card address and purchase was cancelled !
everything is ok. Canadian credit cards( from 2 different banks) address is ok. I do not know what to do
Did you try contacting your bank as mentioned?
You can also try contacting Fizz customer service (instructions above). Perhaps they can help you to retry your card.
